Confused about filling out the answer sheet

So, a couple of weeks ago, everybody had to fill out an answer sheet with their name, contact information, etc. for their AP exam and mark what exams we are taking on our Student Pack. This answer sheet would turn out to be the one that is used for the first exam that is taken. In my case, that was Biology on Monday.

I have my APWH exam tomorrow, so I'm not sure what's going to happen... will I have to fill out another answer sheet in its entirety, including my address, ethnicity, etc., or what? I remember the proctor of my Bio exam saying that if we take another exam, we don't fill out the purple part again, but I'm not sure.

Does anybody know what I'm supposed to do?

No, you’ll just have to fill out your name, birthday, the date, your ap number label and then the serial number stuff specific to that test. It will all be in the script the proctor reads to you that day, it will take <5 minutes to fill out the remaining info. Once they have your address and all that other stuff in the system, they only need the bare minimum to identify your answer sheet.

Nope. No more purple part.

Okay, thanks!
