CONFUSED!!! Liberal arts major with Natural sciences concentration?

Comment: “Yamanashi Gakuin`s curriculum, their science offerings are really sparse”
The new iCLA (International College of Liberal Arts; http://www.icla.jp/en/home.html: within Yamanashi Gakuin University) offers following courses:
1.) Integrated Science
2.) Integrated Science Laboratory
3. ) Genetics
4.) Genetics Laboratory
5.) Cell Biology Laboratory
6.) Biotechnology
7.) Mathematics

It will open April 2015; thus, science offerings are not sparse anymore.

Comment:” It seems aimed at those (rich) Japanese who want to study English in an “American” college…”.
If you look at the cost of iCLA you might notice that it compares well to the cost of studying at a higher ranked Liberal Arts University in America.
Why study in Japan instead of America?
You will obtain the same high level education but at the same time increase your language, social and global skills.
Is there any reason to stay in your home country and miss this huge opportunity?
“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
― Winston S. Churchill

Comment: “And no, the rest of faculties are in Japanese which I am not that good at.”
According to the homepage: “Except for courses in our Japanese Language Program and some experimental courses, 99% of our courses are taught in English.”
Anyhow, a new language is not a difficulty, it is an opportunity!
