<p>Hi so i applied to Delaware around early October. I keep checking my status everyday and all my friends are hearing back online where it says "status". For some strange reason it has said "official notification via mail" for about 3 weeks but I have not received anything in the mail. Every one of my friends who applied got in and they found it online. So maybe I just didn't get in or something? But I'm confused why it would say that for almost 3 weeks now because I live in New York and it shouldn't take that long.</p>
