My parents lived and earn outside the U.S.
They are not U.S. citizens, but I am a U.S. citizen.
In the country they lived, they do not need to pay tax as their income is low, and there are no documents of tax stuff.
Do I still receive aid eventhough my parents are not U.S. citizen?
If not, I will fill in my aunt's information.

You can NOT just choose to fill in your aunt’s information. I’m not sure how you do this…but someone else better versed in this will probably chime in. I believe you will need to put the information from your parents (regardless of the amount) converted into US dollars on your financial aid forms. As a U.S. citizen, YOU should have a social security number. Your parents do not. There is some way to deal with this (I remember somewhere reading that you put all zeros…but please do NOT take my word for this…wait for another person to respond).

Regardless…you can NOT use your aunt’s information. You MUST use your parents’ information regardless of where they live or earned their incomes.

You need to use your parents’ info, not your aunt’s. If they are not required to pay taxes in their own country, they report their income as untaxed earnings. Convert their earnings to US funds and report it on question 95i (other untaxed income). If your school verifies you (they will notify you if they choose you for verification), they will ask you to provide a signed statement verifying that they amount reported as untaxed income for your parents is correct.

Yes, all 0’s for parent SSN.
