CONGRATS TO ALL CORNELL EDers!!!!

does cornell check up on quarter grades?

i’ve known some guidance counselors who send them in, but i do not believe that quarter grades are required at all by cornell.

ALS - 4
AAP - 5
A&S - 5
Engine - 3
Hotel - 8
HE - 3
ILR - 4

Total: 32

i guess human ecology isnt too popular. YAY!

so i guess that these are all of the EDers to cornell?

just when you thought there was a tie for second, AAP takes A&S on the corner out of no where.

Good luck to all of you. But, don’t despair if you don’t get in. I did not apply ED to Cornell. I applied RD and got accepted. So if you guys get deferred or rejected ED by Cornell, you never know. Maybe Penn or Columbia or one of those other ivies will take you RD.
Good luck!

I did primary/alternate college option with second option in Engine. (but i didnt count that in the stats)

anyone else have the same problem as me. i literally think of Cornell at least 10-20 times a day and i dream about it. im gonna be a mess before we get these decisions back

yeah im sort of like that too… except for me i just imagine myself getting in early and then not having to worry about school work as much and being able to sleep +6 hours a night HAPPILY.

yeah i feel like all i talk about is college

I had a dream where I got in and was so happy and dillusional when I woke up cause I thought I really did get it. -___-

I think we’ve all had that dream. Well, at least I know I have… :/

okay. good. I’m not crazy. hahaha. But it felt SOOOO real and afterwards, I was so optimistic.

Nope… i virtually never think about whether im gona get in or not… lol.
i duno is thats a good or bad thing but if i dont get in, im gona apply to other universities and i know i can get into any canadian ones with good scholarships
and plus, thinking or dreaming doesnt help ur chances so w.e

haha, this conversation is great : )
i’m applied ED ILR and got an email from a cornell alumni yesterday regarding an interview or meeting of some sort. i’m nervous..!

I went on the interview today, it wasn’t all that serious, we were in starbucks and just kinda talking, he asked a whole bunch of questions…dunno if iz evalutive or not

I had my ILR interview last Sunday. My guy was great and we just had a conversation…mostly about things not having to do with Cornell. I wonder if these ILR interviews are something new this year because I had heard or read nothing about being contacted for an interview and I had done extensive research regarding ILR. Regardless, it went well, just be relaxed and it will be fine.

i applied to the engineering college and no one called me for an interview. i know for a fact that an interview is not required for engineering but is it strongly encouraged?
