<p>MOCs are not given the status of DoDMERB reports; it would be a breech of the HIPPA regulations. Secondly, DoDMERB decisions can, and have been, challenged and reversed, abeit, not easily, but it has been known to happen.</p>

<p>My son was nominated competitively both by his Senator and congressman. Goes without saying that we are proud of him. Only app was to USNA. Any thought on how USNA considers this? </p>
