<p>I am deciding whether to go to a big, urban city university or Conn. Is conn's atmosphere stifling? Or is the small atmosphere welcoming? Would you recommend Conn over a big school in the middle of a city? Also, is Conn a big drinking school? Are there outlets for people who aren't into partying and drinking?</p>
