Considering ED w/ poor SATs at deadline what's the best course of action?

My stats can be found here:

My problem is that I have extremely poor SAT scores that are going to hold back the rest of my application. I have a 1920 May SAT I (680 M 630 CR 610 W). I retook in June and hope for ~2100 based on blue book scores. However, since ED apps are due on November 1st and I haven't taken my SAT IIs yet, I'm only gonna get 1 shot at those and will have to submit my june SAT I score. Studying over the summer for SAT IIs is my main priority as well as studying for the ACT which I hope I can take 2 times before ED. However, will it be a better idea to wait until regular admissions and try to raise my SAT I or to submit an ED app with mediocre SAT scores. Essays, teacher recs, and peer evaluation will not be a problem in my app, I'm fairly certain I can write excellent essays over the summer and will have fantastic teacher and peer evals. So what is the best course of action to land me into my dream school, Dartmouth.

Intended Majors: Psych or Economics (if that makes any difference)

I'm in a similar situation.

I've got to take SAT I again (probably since I doubt I got +2100 in June) in October.

ACT is also in October.

SAT II in November means that ED is risky for me.

Regular admission allows me to increase my GPA and prepare longer than ED.

I'm leaning toward RA.

I think you should too.

Don't you think the advantage of ED outweighs the advantage from higher scores but lower admit rate in the RD pool? Or if you do well on the ACT, can you submit only that without the SATs (I or II)?

Actually you CAN still take the November SAT (I or II) and submit it along with your ED application. A friend of mine took his last SATs in November and still managed to get into Princeton ED.

I called Stanford and the guy said he can't guarantee that test scores will arrive in time for my application review.

Is he ********ting... or do test scores really arrive in time?
