Is the NCAA website out of date or am I just confused about what I thought were new recruiting rules for contact?
I also didn’t realize how sport specific it was but I’m looking at soccer and basketball.
The NCAA website should have the correct timelines for each sport. Basketball and soccer have different timelines. Here’s the link to info for DI and DII
