Again, thank you for offering your insight and knowledge to help me through this college admissions frenzy.

Yes you definitely seem to be on the right track and an excellent fit for those schools. Keep focusing on the leadership/community service activities

Hey, you definitely seem to be on track for both of those schools! I would say that you have a great chance at Cornell, but I’m not sure about Penn…I too am from an average public school, and even some of our top students (with VERY good resumes) were rejected from Warton.
If I were you, I think one of the few things you could do to boost your resume is to just keep racking up those volunteer hours.

Looking good.

Yes, Wharton would be the perfect place for you to hone your leadership skills. I hope to see you here in two years. Keep up the good work!

Can you PM me? I need to ask you a couple of questions OP

Thanks for your replies, everyone. Hopefully in the future I will be able to draw advice from my own experiences to help our younger CCers too.

redivorys: sure, I PMed you :)

I think your application could benefit from more “unique” ECs. You certainly have some strong leadership experiences, but FBLA/charity/violin does not really make you stand out.

Grades/scores are excellent
