I am going to open it with my mom. I remember opening something with my mom and crying because I was so happy so I am hoping it happens again.
@CCSenioritis i think I feel like you are going to get in because you are so dedicated. You created this chat unlike April and you are on it everyday. You also have some major hooks so I think you will get in. I don’t know about myself though lol
When I open it, I’ll be at a my university’s chemistry department, right before the discussion session. I’ll be either sad or ecstatic during the discussion. haha
If I don’t get in I feel my brother would walk away and not care, my dad would make a joke about going to community college, and my mom would be the only one to make me feel good haha
You don’t get rescinded for 1 C semester grade right?Because my grade in AP Bio is borderline B/C
My dad and brother are in Europe so they won’t know about it but i know my mom will first be very supportive then annoyed because I will cry for like hours if I don’t get in.
@icyball99 Yeah my mom is nice for a good 20 minutes and then will tell me to suck it up and move on
@CCSenioritis I certainly hope not, my freshman year had a couple of Cs. Basically straight As and a couple of B+s since then though.
@CCSenioritis haha I also have a b- in ap bio now but my teacher still hasn’t put in our lab grades so hopefully it will go up. My mom is also very supportive but after a point of time she gets very annoyed.
@wave1453 Same here ever since freshman year I’ve done a lot better but that’s the main part of my application that scares me: my gpa.
I think I’m just going to open it by myself. I don’t want my mom to be there if I find out I get rejected, mostly because I’ll probably breakdown in tears
@icybal99 We have 1 more essay test and some late hw I need to turn in. If I get a C i won’t be mad though because I can just get a B on the exam and it will disappear
I am scared of my gap and act because I am graduating high school early so I couldn’t take that many APs and I didn’t have that many opportunities to take the ACT. Although my gap is above a 4, it is not as good as I would want it to be. I hope they see why though.
@CCSenioritis we have like 3 lab write-ups she needs to put in and like 2 tests so I am hoping that raises. I am fine with a B+.
i feel like i should open it by myself and warn my mom beforehand that if i get accepted i’ll come out running and screaming. if i don’t come out then… she’ll know what happened lol

i understand all your guys’ ap bio struggle. i took it last year, but no worries! you’ll get through it! tho i would never take another bio course in a million years now :))
everyone warned me at my school not to take that class but i didn’t listen and now i regret it lololol. The 2 forbidden classes at my school: ap bio and ap chem
