For domestic applicants the hard copy letter comes in regular snail mail, not priority, not fedex and according to my friend who has a freshman there this year and accepted in ED last year, Cornell is slow to send them and also cheap about any mailings, that it is a joke around campus that they either use regular mail or bulk rate to send anything. Can’t comment about internationals.

But people really, just be patient and not so obsessive. In less than 10 hours you will all know. Why try to “guess” everything and drive yourself crazy. It is what it is. The decisions are made.
