It’s been awhile since the last discussion about Cornell’s Business World course, but has anyone taken this more recently? How was the experience? I am currently a sophomore and am considering taking this course over the summer. What should I do in advance so I don’t fall behind in the class? Thank you for your time.
Hi! I did not take this course but was a summer college student for 6 weeks this past summer. I personally would not recommend attending CUSC as a rising junior as most of the people there are rising seniors. I think I knew three kids who were rising juniors. That being said, CUSC was an incredible experience and I would truly recommend it for anyone, AS LONG as they are taking a class in a field they really care about. Otherwise, it is a huge waste of money. 
My daughter took Intro to the Business World (not sure of exact title) last summer. She was a rising Junior and so were many of her friends. I would highly recommend the program. It really gave her a taste of college - college class, living on her own, making friends, etc. She still keeps in touch with her friends from the summer.
