<p>My daughter is deciding between cornell arts and sciences versus berkeley. Undecided major. Our decision is whether the financial difference, instate berkeley versus full pay cornell is worth the difference. I did graduate from the ag and life school at Cornell 30 years ago and paid the subsidized NY tuition. It should be noted that the budget crisis in california may affect the quality of education at Berkeley and its future reputation.</p>
