<p>First, I apologize for my exaggerated remarks earlier--- Cornell is an excellent school. The poster's insinuation that Columbia doesn't have a debate team, however, peeved me a bit. (Not to mention Columbia's Mock Trial team is the top Ivy Team other than Harvard's). </p>
<p>Secondly, it's common knowledge that Law Schools really only care about GPA/LSAT (aside from Yale and Stanford which have substantially smaller classes). Really, they HARDLY care about grade deflation. ALl other things equal, they'd 100% take the 3.8 from Columbia than the 3.5 from Cornell.</p>
