What would you prefer/one be better off going to, the Cornell undergrad business program or the NYU Stern school. Would your decision be the same if Cornell was around 50K cheaper?

i got a lil bit similar problem...

NYU GSP/STERN or Cornell Hotel/AEM

STERN over Cornell.

STERN > AEM

cheap AEM > STERN

Stern!!!!!

Stern>cornell
Stern>cheap Cornell

Eh I'm @ Stern and If I got accepted to Cornell I'd go in a heartbeat

Cornell for sure....the ivy league education is always the way to go...secondly, hotel/aem are not the same thing..if you want ibankng..do AEM..it is heavily recruited.

ivy educations is not the always the best to go as there are quite a few privates that can give ivies esprcially a run. stern is way more recognized and well known than AEM. very very few people know of AEM. while Stern is a big name with it comes to b-schools. they are both great schools regardless, go wherever you feel that you fit. NYC is not as laid back as Cornell's location. The answers above me are biased in one way or other-GoldPlatinum, sports....

Hmm I don't quite agree with "Stern is way more recognized and well known than AEM" - maybe to the average person on the street but, in the professional world, aren't just as many AEM graduates getting into the top business schools and firms? A fairly new program, AEM is swiftly catching up to the top business programs, but NYU is really far from matching the quality and reputation of Cornell overall. So it's give and take. But I'm also deciding between the two... it really is a hard decision.

I have seen legionaire vs sports684 battle it out quite a bit on this topic in other threads hehe.
