<p>hmm...i got accepted to those two also (HE at Cornell and Engineer at Penn) i dont know anything about Penn. Did u get accepted at engineering at cornell?</p>
<p>i got rejected from penn and accepted at cornell...i would have much rather gone to upenn</p>
<p>For engineer, bio and premed DEFINITELY Cornell....especially for engineering. Top 3 program in the nation and a very strong bio program (which goes hand in hand with premed). Plus in general I would argue taht kids at Cornell seem much happier. Main drawback is the city but fofr college, campus life trumps city life.</p>
