<p>I'm applying ED to Cornell. I was just about to print and fill out the non-custodial parent waiver petition when I realized that only the 2011-2012 copy is available in pdf format. On Cornell's website, the link to the form for the 2012-2013 academic year is greyed out. I've seen the waiver petition for 2012-2013 on other college websites, so I'm assuming that's the one I need to fill out. </p>
<p>If it really does exist and I just can't find it, could someone link me to it?</p>
<p>And if not, would it be alright for me to use the 2011-2012 form?</p>
