IIRC from last year each college in Cornell had a different supplement, also it wasn't posted till September, or maybe August, don't quite remember.

I don't know why either. Cornell admission office seems to be on the slow side this year. I am waiting for the supplement as well.

Keep checking back, feel free to try and call the office too. The supplement is very easy, they ask you some duplicate questions. There's an essay included too and if I remember correctly, it's about 'Why you want to attend (insert name of college)'?

all the colleges are tooo slow. xP Cornell's been moving up on my college list recently, so I am impatient! There are last year's:

College of Arts and Sciences: Describe your intellectual interests, their evolution, and what makes them exciting to you. Tell us how you will utilize the academic programs in the College of Arts and Sciences to further explore your interests, intended major, or field of study.

College of Engineering: Engineers turn ideas (technical, scientific, mathematical) into reality. Tell us about an engineering idea you have or your interest in engineering. Explain how Cornell Engineering can help you further explore this idea or interest.

omg I hope I get in. >.< My sister went (Computer Science '05) so it will be sorta depressing if I don't. Well if I get into Berkeley that'll make up for it 'cause she didn't get in (EECS) there. This was all before the bubble popped, of course. :) But, I actually am starting to prefer Cornell to Berkeley. :O It's only the price that's making berk beat cornell right now, and maybe more credits transfer from AP and community college courses. ahh. xP

Good luck at Berkeley. I probably would have gone there had they offered me more than $456 in grants.

rofl @ $456 in grants...

heres the deal about state schools...they're great if you have merit scholarships and private scholarships...but cornell could end up being just as affordable if you have NEED...

I'm an OOS so Berkeley basically throws the bill at me while I rock back and forth crying into an oversized teddy bear. My own state school was nice though, it calmly reassured me I would always have a place in its freshman class :D

Disregarding cost, I personally would pick Cornell over Berkeley due to Berkeley being overcrowded(hard to get classes you need from what I've heard), and absolutely ginormous, and from what I've heard the engineering department has too much focus on the grad students and doesn't give their undergrads much attention, but that's just anecdotal. I didn't apply to Berkeley though so I don't really know a ton about it, just going by what others have said. It certainly has a strong engineering program as well though.

Berkeley was in a good geographical location for me and we knew people who had gone there. I heard that their pre-med program was cut-throat though.

Haha, this is turning into a conversation about Berkeley. xP My sister paid full freight for Cornell, so I'm guessing the same for me if I went. Those indirect flights to Ithaca sound deadly though - it took 10+ hours for her to get to Cornell.

I have to admit I discounted Cornell for a longgg time just because she went there. xP But they have all these neat programs (study abroad for engineers! <3 and random business stuff?) and big and diverse and etc.etc.etc. so it has won its place on my college list. :)

Once before I was seriously considering Cornell, I asked my dad, "How would you feel if I went to Cornell?"

Him: groan Too expensive. Have you looked at CalPoly?

That cheapo. xP Of course CalPoly is a good school too, from what I've heard?

Yes, it is a good school. I'm glad you chose Cornell though.
