Correcting my application after submitting??

Hello,

I found an error on my Common Application just hours after I submitted it to Harvard. I’m going to be vague but I’m part of a club that raises money for a charity, and under the activity I said “raised approx $thismuchmoney” but I’m afraid that it’s misleading and they will think that I’m saying I personally raised that much, but I meant to say the entire club raised that much and I helped. I’ve emailed the offices of other colleges to clarify, but I’m not sure if Harvard takes corrections by email? On their website it says that you can’t change your application after submitting, but I’m just wondering how I can clarify the situation. I don’t want to be rejected because they think I’m dishonest :’(. I’m just a little freaked out because I also realized I misspelled “varsity” as “varisty” in my activities list, and when I was emailing Dartmouth to clarify the money error I accidentally said “Dartmouth University” :’(

I appreciate any advice! Thank you so much.

I forgot to add this, but would it be appropriate if I bring up the clarification in the Harvard interview or would that just be weird

I would do nothing. I don’t think it is worth clarifying.

Agreed, it’s not worth mentioning. If colleges did an auto-reject of every applicant with a typo or vague statement in their app, they would not be able to fill the class.
