<p>D got her acceptance package yesterday & it listed the COA as $49,837, but it didn’t break it down. When I checked the AU website, it lists the COA for the 2008-09 school year as $49,441. My first question is, do they show the same COA for everyone, regardless of how far away you are? And if the figures on the website are for the current school year, wouldn’t you expect it to go up more than $396? I’d like to know how much of that is tuition and room & board, and if it includes health insurance (which we won’t need) and travel expenses (we’re in MN). Anyone have any ideas?</p>

<p>I’ve found financial aid chronically unhelpful anyways, so I’m not surprised. The AU website is supposed to be totally revamped in March…so we will see.</p>
