Wondering what the TRUE cost is to attend Penn State UP (Fall 2015) as an out of state student. No add ins, just tuition, room, board. No transportation fees, etc. I see so many different totals, does anyone actually have a legit number?
There are many different totals because there are many different situations. Go find a tuition calculator on the Penn State website under ‘Tuition’.
