Ok, so i got accepted to Rutgers New Brunswick a couple of weeks ago. This year i am taking AP Physics. I just recently took my midterms and i did really poorly on my Physics midterm (Probably a 60 something. Lowest Grade I've ever gotten.). Im getting a B for the second marking period. I wanted to know if Rutgers is going to look at that grade. And can they take away and acceptance because of it?

They are not going to rescind your decision over a B.

Its not the B that im worried about. Its the D that i might get on my midterm. It shows up on my report card.

I’m sure you are fine. A single bad grade will not get you rescinded.

Check to see if the admission letter indicates any conditions, particular regarding academic performance in your senior year.

An F will probably get you rescinded or placed on academic probation to start. That might happen with a D as well, or they may just send a warning letter that you have to pull the grade up before the end of school. As UCBAlumnus recommended, check your admission letter for more info. Bottom line, get the grade up.

I doubt you’ll need to bring up a B.

Someone just posted a similar question recently. Your D midterm should be averaged into your final year grade. Rutgers only asks for the final year grades to be sent. Even if you got a D for final, I highly doubt they would do anything. (And don’t bring it up to them either. Just fade into the background all nice and quiet-like.)

You must have originally posted this in the parents forum. This is Rutgers. >40k undergrads go here. Quit worrying.
