Hello CC'ers, like many of you I'm stressing over college applications right now, but im a bit of a unique case, so I was hoping somebody could help me evaluate myself

I think i should mention that I'm an American citizen. I did my freshman, sophomore, and junior years of high school in Amman, Jordan, at a school that operates under the British system of IGCSE's and A-levels. I just moved to Wayne hills high school in Wayne, New Jersey for my senior year.

In my old school methods of evaluation were based completely on standardized tests, which i excelled at, i ddnt do too well in terms of transcript grades in freshman and sophomore year, but i did do really well in the IGCSE standardized exams at the end of sophomore year.

In junior year i started working a little harder, I took really hard A-level courses in Drama, Economics, and Math. I got nearly straight A's on my transcripts and 3 A's on my as-level exams (end of junior year). I did my SAT's this June (while in Jordan) and i scored an 800 in Critical Reading, a 600 in Math and Writing.

But I fall short compared to the kids at my new school, they all have a crazy amount of extracurricular activities which just weren't available at my old school. Its really cool how a bunch of kids can just band up and make a club or activity. They calculated my GPA here (they dont do that in my old school), and it was a 3.656, they didn't count any of the courses in my old school as AP courses, so in GPA terms I lag behind many of the kids who did take such courses, however I think the A-level courses i took over there were just as (if not more) difficult.

My extracurricular activities from my old school are Debate Club Cheif Organizer (10th grade), member\organizer of the Model United Nations, I participated in international conferences including THIMUN. Drama and Theatre, actor in several main roles (sounds less fancy than the other activities, but is easily the most time-consuming), I took an A-level acting exam in 11th grade and got an unprecedented perfect score.

A Volunteer at the MIT Learning International Networks Consortium Conference, held in Amman from October 28-30 2007. I am very interested in the improvement of educational standards.

I also want to mention that I tried to establish two clubs at my school, but I didnt receive enough support (students for educational improvement, stock market investors club)

I took an independent A-level course in Arabic and scored an A on the A-level examination.

I was just wondering if someone could help me evaluate myself, and advise me on how to put together my application.

My top choice is Brown University, (what are my chances there?), but i dont really know where else im applying. Could someone help me out?
