<p>I attend a pretty well respected public high school, My overall GPA is 3.33 weighted, with a positive trend
(freshman and sophmore year I did not do extremely well, my semester
GPA's ranging between 2.7-3.3. However, my junior year first semester
GPA was 3.8 weighted and then my second semester was a 4.3 weighted).
I scored a 27 on the ACT (27 on the math portion, 30 on the English)
and feel confident that I could score a little bit higher when I take
it again in September. I have taken 2 A.P. classes and 2 honors class
and have succeeded with B's and A's in all of them. My senior year
course's include 3 more AP classes. I also have multiple volunteer
services and am a varsity athlete on 2 sports.</p>

<p>what chance I have of getting into: Miami University at Oxford Ohio( my no. 1 choice),
Indiana University at Bloomington Indiana, and University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign Illinois. Those schools are my 3 main choices, but
I am unsure of how realistic they are for me to apply to. Any feedback
would help me tremendously, including what I could do to further
improve my chances of being accepted to any of these schools.</p>

Miami - Low Reach
Indiana - High Safety (dude trust me, your ACT is enough to push you through, great biz. school. i'm applyin as well.)</p>

<p>o ok. it's still a reach, but you have a shot. since junior year was great for you. write good essays. get good rec's about your turnaround.</p>

<p>I say you have a great shot at Miami Uni. Because your ACT is in the top 25% for that school. It's a solid match for you even if you didn't apply ED. ED will help for sure. I would do ED just to secure. Good luck bro.</p>

<p>Miami and Indiana you can definitely get into. Not sure about the other one.

I have taught swim lessons to children for 3 years
I volunteer at the local hospital
I have a black belt in tae kwon do
I am on varsity swimming and water polo
I have volunteered helping the community during christmas
I have volunteered as a counselor for little children at a day camp</p>
<p>That's definitely not bad, very good chances at Miami and Indiana, like I said before.</p>
