Could you guys help me compare these computer science schools?

University of Mass. Amherst

Could you guys help rank these computer science schools?
I heard mixed things about the Amherst school saying that the undergrad program was super good or really new and bad. Thnx!

You can look for yourself some of the more relevant information:

  • CS courses offered and how frequently.
  • Whether admission to the major is more difficult than admission to the school, or if there is an admission to the major process after enrolling.

Uminnesota is in a thriving city, which makes internships easybto find.
Umass Amherst is well-known nationally for its CS program.
Stony Brook is very commuter/suitcase, so problematic socially if you’re not from the area but very strong academically.
Penn State and Ohio State are similar, except Ohio State has merit scholarships and Penn State is closer to NYC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, DC.
