<p>Do I need to have my counselor fill out the evaluation form available on the Miami website, or can I just send in the Secondary School Report from the Common App website? Both forms seem to contain the same information.</p>
<p>I would think that you would be able to submit just the Common App part, but don't take my word for it. Call the admissions office.</p>
