<p>Hmm no summer homework that I know of. I’m really paranoid that I’m missing something o_O</p>
<p>yeah, apparently they just think that we should read in our own time and stuff, tuesdays. besides, we’ll be doing loads of reading when we get to campus. i’m so scared i’m missing something. have you started packing and everything?</p>
<p>No summer homework for me either. I’m really paranoid. Really, really paranoid.
First day of school:
Teacher: Now, if you would turn in your summer homework…
Me: <em>gulp</em> W-what?
Everyone: <em>stares</em></p>
<p>Yes, we have a friend starting at Groton and we’ve been impressed with the large volume of his summer homework. Only kidding! :D</p>
<p>Oh. My. Gosh. I was about to faint until I saw “only kidding”. Haha.</p>
<p>The only summer “homework” I had to do was to read the E-book. That thing was long and some of the discplinary rules were complicated. At least I’m done…now all I have to do is book my flight, hotel, rental car, make a list, and buy clothes/dorm supplies. Lol, I am * so * not done. ;)</p>
<p>yea and some college kids are already buying everything!</p>
<p>what is everyone most looking forward to about boarding school and least looking forward to?</p>

<p>the food…I have a feeling I will get real tired of school breakfast, lunch, and dinner real fast :(</p>
<p>I’m actually excited for the food. I usually have to make my own meals because my mom is busy with work or goes out to eat with my dad. I’m starting to get sick of pizza rolls and ramen every day.</p>
<p>I’m least looking forward to saying goodbye to everyone. My best friend wants to go to the airport with me but I don’t want to cry right before I get on the plane.</p>
<p>Ummm…I’m most looking forward to all the courses I’m going to be taking…and actually being able to be independent for once. :)</p>
<p>And, I’m least looking forward to saying goodbye to my family…god, I can already see my mom crying for hours and hours nonstop :(</p>

<p>I love snow… but I don’t like cold weather. I wish it could be warm and snowing at the same time… if that makes sense? Haha :P</p>
<p>I’m leaving to start driving in four days, and I’ll arrive of pre-season in 15 days. I still think my biggest fear is that I won’t get good grades.</p>
<p>Hahahhaha, nerdgeekdork, I kind of feel the same way :)</p>
<p>And boardin, I agree! I’m getting more and more fearful that I’ll do SO bad academically :(</p>
<p>Looking forward to : Leaving home, even though it scares me at the same time, and meeting new people.
Not looking forward to : Not seeing my long term boyfriend, everyday, and the homework, I’m a fail when it comes to homework.</p>
<p>^I’m starting to get worried about grades too! I keep trying to tell myself that it doesn’t matter, as long as I do my best (did that sound cheesy or what?) but i’m still worried.</p>
