<p>2230, not horrible for a first try with no prep. I wouldn’t be so mad if it weren’t for the 710 math score. I got a 36 act math score, and it’s usually my highest score (it was on the PSAT), so I’m a little annoyed.</p>
<p>So wait. People get over 2000 on 2400 with no prep and they’re not happy about it ? I don’t get it. Isn’t that an awesome score ? To get over 2000 i mean. This stresses me out. I come from france so I’m a little confused about the whole U.S system.</p>
<p>Hell, I did 1440 with no prep. I sucked, but I was expecting that. I’m registered for the next test. But I sure as hell didn’t expect people to get over 2000 with no prep and be disappointed. This is scary. Someone enlighten me please</p>

But really though. I admit I didn’t open my SAT prep book at all, or go to any special prep classes here in France, so i expected such a low score. I hear students in the US go through sat prep classes for a whole year ? So I don’t really know what people mean when they say “no prep”. And what I really don’t get is only getting a 5 on my essay when I have a 16 on 20 in my english literature classes (equivalent to A), that’s just a big slap in the face.
I hope I do better, I’m really hoping for over 2000 next time. (Is that possible ?)</p>
<p>why was the reading on this test so hard… it was a lot harder than my practice tests. do you think this might happen again in october? is it because of my testing anxiety?</p>
