<p>I'm a rising senior who took some community college courses last year, and will be taking classes at a state university this year.</p>
<ol>
<li>Which colleges do I report in the "College & Universities" section of the Common App? Obviously the community college at which I took classes last year, but do I also report the university where I'll be taking classes this year?</li>
<li>Will I need to send an official transcript from the community college directly to the schools I'm applying to?</li>
<li>Similarly, for my mid-year report this year, will I need to send in grades from my classes at the university?</li>
