couple questions

<p>hi, im a freshman in college my first choice of academy is airforce but im also debating applying to naval. couple things im not sure of:</p>

<p>i found what the max. you can score on the cfa but where could i find the averages(cfa, sat/act, etc.)? </p>

<p>and i know this is a touchy subject that caused a pretty big raucus a little while back, but i have two tattoos, one on both of my upper arms. on one side is a rosary as a band tattoo and on the other is my family crest. i read that anything not covered by a swim suit has to be removed with exception of waivers. do you think i would be able to get them waivered? </p>
