Hi I am a international and I'm trying to apply transfer to US. The colleges I looked at all asked the "description of undergraduate courses", I wish to know how is the description look like? it is something that I can download from internet of my college's official webpage or must be something more formal with seals and signatures???

They basically want the syllabi. At least, that is what Penn told me.

I don't think they need full syllabi, until you are accepted and they are working on articulating your credits (see Transfer Admissions 101 sticky thread). And probably not even then.

What they usually want are the official course descriptions from the catalog. You can cut and paste them from the online version, or copy them from the hard copy version.

^ Yeah and often a link to the online catalogue will suffice.

thanks guys, what happens if the online version is in Spanish, it is fine if I just print the online syllabus and attach my own translation?

I think that makes sense. Not sure what other alternatives there are. If there is a hard copy version in English, I would either (a) send it; or (b) offer that you will send it upon request.
