Hi everyone. I’m a junior currently. I keep hearing about course rigor on this forum and I was just wondering if my course load would count as rigorous.

At first look, that seems quite a rigorous transcript. Admission offices generally regard course rigor as “did the student challenge him/herself by taking the most challenging course offered by the school”. So the same transcript may be regarded as rigorous or not depending on what’s available to the student.
Given the number if AP classes and the university classes you’ve taken, I’d bet most colleges would give you a thumb’s up for course rigor.
Yes your courseload is rigorous. If possible however, I would recommend taking multivariable calc then ordinary diff eqs right after calc bc. Not to schedule make your more rigourous, but because if you need them for your future major that’s the best time sequentially to take them.
