CR Passages

Am I the only one having trouble with certain passages?
Ok, I am shooting for 700's on CR, and I sometimes get it on some practice tests.
However, there are some passages that I just cannot absorb. Usually, I read and understand the passage as a whole, resulting in almost perfect score on that passage. On the other hand, few passages are just hard for me to read. For those passages, I completely blow. I get like 4~6 incorrect answers there.
I know that there probably isn't a magical solution for my problem, but does anyone have tips on getting through those passages? I'd really appreciate any help.

Well I improved from a 520 (from a PSAT in sophomore year) to a 730 (March SAT) in CR so I think I can help.

Make sure you have all the timing down. You should be able to
a) Read the passage carefully and absorb all the information before moving onto the questions.
b) Answer every question.
c) Have enough time to go back to certain questions you are unsure of.

If you can do all of those, you will be guaranteed a good score for the section. Of course, there are some passages that are harder to decipher than other passages, so you may want to allot yourself a little more time to those passages rather than on passages that you find easier.

It’s all about time management.
