UPenn is considered the jewish ivy. Take a look there? Your SAT scores are very strong, making you a competitive candidate

bumping this

W&M has been suggested, and as much as I love the school, I have to say that it’s not in line with your desire for a “good night life scene.” There’s also a 43/57 ratio of male to female students. If the night life is really important to you, I think you’ll want a more urban college.

I actually feel like I’d really like the vibe of W&M, and my GC suggested it as a school I would have a great shot at.

So here’s my RD list (applying to a few schools EA)

UPenn
Cornell
Tufts
Northwestern
Wash U.
Georgetown
W&M
GW?
Duke

I’m just worried that I won’t get into any of them!

Also consider (more to less selective):
Johns Hopkins
Brandeis
Barnard (less selective door into Columbia)
U. Rochester
Case Western (an under-rated school with a “self-selecting” student body and relatively good merit aid)

Consider dropping Georgetown (JHU is a better science/math school for that level of selectivity … although JHU pre-med would be awfully tough)
