Create new threads!!!

Guys, the Nepal sub-forum was created so that we could create new threads for new questions. I can see that many of us have been going back to the old thread. From next time onwards, anyone who has a query, please create a new thread.

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CREATE A NEW THREAD/DISCUSSION FORUM? I have been looking all over this site and cannot figure out how.

Not post to an existing - but instead create brand new like you did.

Thanks in advance for the info.

Click on the NEW THREAD tab just beside the DISCUSSION MENU in the NEPAL sub-forum :)

Doris, you can always go to the collegeconfidential FAQs and search “create new thread” under the topmost search box.

Link: [College Confidential - FAQ](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/faq.php)

i went on that FAQ page n still no help my “new thread” button isnt here ANYWHERE!!!

I cannot find the “new thread” button either. which page is it on?

its right above the thread lists in the top right corner. :):)… or it might your browsers fault though that seems unlikely…

Good afternoon…

You won’t see the New Thread button if you’re currently viewing a thread. So, right now as you’re reading this post you can look all over the page, but you won’t find it. You’ll have to go back to the main Nepal forum page…

[Nepal - College Confidential](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/nepal/)

…and then you will see it on the top left :)

***top left… :D:D sorry!!!

my sense of direction is crappy :/

@confidential2015: well there abt 4 or 5 people active in cc this year…threads seem to have died this year!!!

Can anyone help me with the CR section of SAT? Are there any strategies besides:no distractions, think critically, read the passage and then answer the questions?I came across this controversial method, the Grammatix method. But I couldn’t find its strategies. Care to help anyone?

^ Practice, practice and practice…You can crack the SATs these days…It no longer is a pure aptitude test…

Hmmm…I guess we ought to believe Josephite-come on, Bard!!! Sigh** Full on practice from today!!! >.<

Has anybody gotten waitlisted at Upenn SAAST, and then gotten in?

I really want to go but was waitlisted. Is it still possible to get in?

You have to be at the Nepal page:

www.talk.collegeconfidentional.com/NEPAL/

then on top of where there are usually threads and stuff, you’ll see a button “New Thread.” It has a yellow dot next to it too.

Hey, I know this isn’t the right forum for this but can someone tell me how to mark a thread that I’ve created as open?

MODERATOR’S NOTE: Please use old thread for information only. Start a new thread if you have a question. Look for the orange “New Discussion” rectangle towards the upper right of the screen.
