Credit for AP Class = Prerequisite?

<p>If you receive credit for an AP class taken in high school does that count as a prerequisite? For example, my s received credit for AP Psychology, which is PSY 111 Intro to Psychology at Elon. Can he now sign up for classes that require PSY 111 as a prerequisite. Thanks!</p>

<p>Yes - he is getting credit for that class - both in terms of credit hours and in terms of fulfilling a prerequisite course.</p>
