cross country runner trying to find a school?!?!

hello i'm a rising senior at a very competitive high school in NC. I am a little bit confused as to where to go to school because i really want to run in college and my family doesn't have much money to send me out of state...
for all those runners out there:my times are
11:09 3200m
5:06 1600m

here are my stats:
28 ACT composite (28 in english, 30 in math and reading, 25 in science :(
1890 sat (610 Verbal, 640 Math, 660 Writing)
I have gotten all A's except two B's in AP bio last year, but I got all five on my exam's except a 3 in ap human geography.
i took ap art history (A) sophomore year, junior year i took ap bio (B), ap gov (A), ap human geo (A), apes (A), spanish 4 hnrs (A), english 4 hnrs)
i will be captain on xc and track, i am 5th in the state for the 3200m
i am a member of national hnrs. society and spanish hnrs. society and VP of class council
next year i am taking : ap chem, ap lit, ap spanish lang, ap calc bc, hnrs. us, free

So what are some good schools to look at? I would love to go to UNC or Wake Forest. I wonder if they will give me $$ to run there though. I can afford UNC, just not Wake. What are some good out of state schools that are division one that are known to give a lot of money? I would go div. three if they had a good xc team and gave a lot of financial aid.
please help me! i'm at a lost. there are so many schools, i just won't ever know
PM me if you want my email or anything

You will probably get responses if you post this in a different section. Not sure if you noticed that you posted in the pre-med&medical school section haha
