<p>I did XC and it was pretty relaxed at my school. aprox a 1-1.5 mile warmup, followed by stretching. Then we’d go out and do our workout. Some days we’d have “easy” days where we ran 3-4 miles at an easy pace. Other days we did interval training. Other days we did hills. Hills sucked.</p>
<p>but it was a really fun and chill time. If you were going to my school, i’d highly recommend cross Country</p>
