Hi! I was just wondering if anyone knew what is meant by a February 15th CSS profile due date. Can I submit the profile before 11:59pm February 15, or do I have to finish it and submit by 11:59pm on February 14th?

Send it early…then you won’t have to worry.
That was my plan, but i’m missing some of the info I need to fill it out and probably can’t get to it until tomorrow around noon. 
Try to give a sincere estimate. You can make a correction and send to colleges later.
You will gamble if you don’t meet the deadline.
