CSS Profile-For total amounts of expected grants/scholarships/fellows, should you not put anything?

I’m filling out the CSS Profile, and it asks “Enter the total amount of grants, scholarships, and fellowships you recieved or expect to recieve from sources other than the colleges or universities to which you are applying for 2017-2018 school year.” In South Carolina there’s a Palmetto scholarship system from the state lottery that only requires a certain GPA/ACT/SAT score, and I know I apply for a substantial one, but have not gotten anything yet. Should I put that scholarship down or leave it blank?

Also, if I get a scholarship later, will I have to go back and add to the CSS Profile?

Thanks!

Have you received or do you expect to receive the Palmetto scholarship? Do you know how much you qualify for, approximately? That’s the number you use.

will you be able to use that at a non-state school? I wouldn’t put anything if you can’t use it at a private school you are filling out the CSS for. A SC school will know that you might get that.

Ok, thank you @twoinanddone , @BelknapPoint !
