CSU Transfer question

<p>I am a community college student, majoring in psychology working to transfer to a CSU. The CSU representatives say that in order to be accepted u have to have a minimum of a 2.0 gpa. Is that gpa the community college cumulative gpa (including courses that aren't transferable for example English A) or the cumulative gpa achieved only in the csu transferable courses??</p>
