I’m sad I didn’t included my winter grades by the time the deadline for Fall grades were due on CSUapply, my GPA would have been better.
BTW, does anyone know if we were still suppose to turn in unofficial grades for FALL 2018 even tho we are not technically admitted yet??? I already emailed AAT form. Pls help!
@browniebee I’m from ELAC too and we have the same major. Just got news that I’m waitlisted. Also you could send it in just in case… but apparently documents aren’t important until you’re admitted
till waiting for a decision, nervous because I don’t think I will get in. ))):
Major: Communications
GPA: 3.08
AA-T/AS-T: yes
Golden 4: A, A, B, C
Local: No
School: Pasadena City College
I don’t have anything on my to do list, but I had gotten an email to verify that my AA-T/AS-T is in progress, which I had completed by sending an email of the verification.
Spring 2019: These grades must be present on the official transcript due by October 2, 2018.
Fall 2019: Please provide a print of your unofficial transcript or final grade cards for the “Golden Four” courses you had in progress during the spring term as soon as they are available and no later than June 21, 2019. Include your full name and CWID on the document. These can be emailed o verify@fullerton.edu , faxed to 657.278.7699, hand-carried, or mailed to us. Please submit this separately from the transcript which is due on July 15, 2019, as they are processed differently.
I have not been admitted yet. I am a bit confused because shouldn’t we only have to do this if we’re admitted?
@sadgrl did you just get that on your to do list? I have exactly what you have. Word by word. In fact I’ve been having that since the beginning of February I believe. And I also have not been admitted yet.
I also got an email from them asking for my adt verification. I’m assuming they will get that soon since my college just verified me the 15th of this month.
What is your gpa and what is the program you applied for?
Same! I’ve gotten decisions back from 3 other universities I have applied to and I’m getting so anxious at this point and slightly frustrated that I have not received a decision yet. I check almost every hour. I have 2 classmates who also applied and 1 of them already got her decision. I’m dying. I hope they get sent out by the end of this week.
Also, random question, but does anyone know the answer to this? If I do get into Fullerton as a History major and want to change majors over to business or a different one (like communications) is that difficult there or is it easy as simply walking in to the advising office and talking to them about it? I realize it’s pretty impacted too so idk the likeliness of it happening but if anyone has any experience with having a major change, please do tell, it would be much appreciated :).
I’m just confused at this point. For the past month and a half, my To-Do list has had “Fall Grades” and “AP Scores”. I’ve called them multiple times since I sent them in (two months ago) and they always say they have BOTH of those items. Anybody else’s portal say this? I’m getting worried.
Just got my application updated, and unfortunately I was denied this afternoon.
Application Status
We regret to inform you that you have been denied admission to Cal State Fullerton.
Comments: — CSUF is an impacted campus. Impaction means that there are more applications for a campus than can be accommodated. In order to ensure that capacity is not exceeded, more rigorous standards are applied to the out-of-local transfer applicant pool. Unfortunately, your GPA does not meet our admission requirements for an Out-of-Local Transfer applicant. An Out-of -Local Transfer applicant is an applicant with the majority of units earned from an institution other than an Orange County Community College. Your application will be redirected to a non-impacted CSU campus through the Cal State Apply site. Please check your email for future communication from Cal State Apply about your redirection process.
With all that being said, I’m bowing out of this thread. Good luck to the rest of y’all and congrats on getting in to CSUF! :).
@C105213 - I just logged in about 10 minutes ago, and clicked on the view application status details. And that’s where I saw my status. A little bummed by it, but I mean I got into to the other two schools I really wanted to go to so all is not lost :).
