CSUF Transfer Students Fall 2019

@Geanes No I haven’t heard anything either! I called on Wednesday because it had been 4 weeks and the lady said they received mine April 9th (which is weird since I sent it before then) She also told me that they’re a bit behind because the chancellor left so they had to get someone else to review appeals or something like that. Long story short…she said if I don’t hear back by mid May to call them back

Still waitlisted and it’s mid may, should I give up on this school or wait a few more weeks?

I was originally rejected from Fullerton and appealed right away. I did not hear anything from them until 5/16, saying I have been placed on the waitlist. How often is it that those on the waitlist are admitted?

@jazzyfizzleee I just got an email less than three hours ago saying that my appeal was reviewed and I was admitted to CSUF. I’ll be attending UCI in the Fall, but I figured I’d let you know that I heard back from CSUF and that I wish you luck with your appeal as well!

@ernestorod I’m in the same position! They sent me a generic waitlist letter that they sent out because it said May 1st as the last day to accept it even though they sent this after the 1st. I accepted it but I don’t know how long they’re gonna take to let me know. I’ll keep you updated!

@jazzyfizzleee same!! I was extremely confused about the “accept by May 1st” section of the email!! Im just concerned on why it is taking so long to hear back, considering everyone had until may 1st to SIR

My daughter is still wait listed. She accepted another school. I worry that if she got accepted at this point, housing would be full anyways.

I submitted an appeal for my transfer GPA on April 20 and I haven’t heard back yet. Its been 2 months, should I call or this usually the wait time?

Still going strong in the waitlist myself. Lol. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s stupid/hilarious xD

Does anyone know the CSUF Transfer minimum GPA for local students for 2018 or 2019? I know 2016 was 2.75… Thanks!
