I just received the scores for the four AP tests I received this year, through mail, and I'm wondering if this grade report should also include the two tests I took last year. It doesn't. I'm worried that it should and that my college won't receive notification of the two tests I took last year since they're not on this new report....am I just paranoid or should I be concerned about the lack of the previous year's scores on this new grade report?

You probably used a different name from last year or if you put your social security number down last year, didn't put it down this year.

Since CB assumes that you are two different person this year and last year, it is unlikely that they sent the tests you took last year to your college.

It might just be that you put your SSN one year and not the next, so they didn't match up. I'd call the College Board, since the report you currently have is the same one that is being sent to your college. Unless you had the previous year's report sent to your college, too, in which case you should be fine.

I also have this problem, although it's probably attributable to the fact that my address this year differed from the one I supplied the previous year (I didn't give my SSN or change my name from one year to the next). How are you supposed to correct this?

I solved the problem in about a 5 minute telephone conversation with a college board representative! They asked for my name, school, address, phone number, and CURRENT AP number (the one from this year) and they were able to instantly find my scores from last year.....they said they didn't know why my file had been separated from last year to this year but they said they would merge them immediately and that I'd receive an updated grade report (with BOTH last year's and this year's scores!) through the mail as well as send an updated report to the college I'm headed to this fall...FOR FREE! =)

Take a look at the back side of your grade report you got in the mail....there's contact information there. I used the 888 number.

Thanks so much Crealo! I think it may have been that I changed my street address slightly (the town for my postal code changed recently since I'm in a developing community). Luckily, I have my AP number from both years, so I should be OK either way. I'm fixing it nice and early tomorrow :-)
