CUNY HUNTER good for art history?

I saw that they have an art history program and they’re very affordable. Does anyone have anymore info or advice for art history programs in NYC?

CUNY Queens College is without a doubt the best CUNY for Art History. Queens has the most professors with IVY league PhDs and they are more distinguished than the art history professors among the other senior CUNY institutions. CUNY Queens is also the only campus with its own art library, museum (The Godwin-Ternbach Museum,) which houses everything from Rembrandt to Warhol, and multiple student galleries that house undergrad and graduate artwork. Many Hunter students take art history classes at Queens College and I have even had students from Columbia in my courses because our professors are so well known. CUNY Queens also has the most art history professors that also teach at the CUNY Graduate School for Art History, ranked top 20 in the country for graduate art history degrees. Queens may actually have the best Art History program in the state in terms of state schools. Students who have graduated from the CUNY Queens Art History program now work at The Met, The Whitney Museum, and Christie’s Auction House for starters. Good luck!
