<p>I am looking to Transfer to CUNY City College,Hunter College and Brooklyn College my second year of school. I am currently enrolled as a freshmen at Penn State University. I have chosen to major in either communications, public relations or advertising. Which CUNY college has the best reputation for either of these three majors?</p>
