<p>i found this program online and it actually sounds really interesting...it said, however, to apply by april 1st for incoming freshmen, and i didn't really want to get invovled w/ a million things in my freshmen year, cuz i'm in honors and i plan to join other clubs.</p>
<p>how long is this program, though? if i apply later, would i be missing out on the program?</p>
