<p>7 sector requirements, 1 of which can double-count with your major; 2 if you double-major or you're a biology/BBB major.</p>
<p>5 foundational requirements, including writing (almost universally taken freshman year, they are listed in any department as 009, like for example HIST 009, section 301, The American Presidency), foreign language (4 semesters, usually fully/partially fulfilled through AP/placement tests over the summer), formal analysis (usually through MATH 104, calc II), quantitative analysis, cultural diversity (replaces cross cultural analysis which we had). These can overlap with sector requirements.</p>
