<p>Our car insurance company (been with them 28+ years - one accident in 1988) didn’t offer much of an “away” student discount for our son attending UA without a car. Thanks to another thread we found out Geico has a huge discount for being away at college without a car and son can still be covered driving our cars whenever he is home and also drive zip cars etc. at UA.<br>
Six month premium for our family (3 drivers. 2 cars, no tickets/accidents in past 3 years) dropped from $1450 to $486.</p>
